Hospitality Technology
Intelligent comfort for the five-star guest room — one system for lighting, climate, curtains, access and service.
01 · Introducing GRMS
Every guest-facing function — light, climate, curtain, access and service — runs on a single room controller, so the room responds as one.
02 · Benefits
Scenes set the room for arrival, rest and work in one press.
Occupancy and card logic ease back power in empty rooms.
Requests and alerts reach staff instantly, with the room number attached.
One panel language across every room type and finish.
Workflow & Architecture
The room panel, RCU and RS485 bus module link to the VRF gateway over a single Cat 6 run, which drives the outdoor unit and every indoor fan coil — no separate thermostat wiring.
The keycard is read at the lock and again at the card holder, powering the room and telling the RCU the guest is in. Arrivals and door events report to the GRMS server, PMS and lift reader.
Panel keys and sensors land on the RCU, which switches and dims through relay and dimmer modules, while curtain keys drive the motor controller on the same bus.
03 · Applications
The keycard releases only the guest's own floor, keeping every level secure.
One credential opens the door, wakes the room and tells the system the guest has arrived.
One touch sets the welcome, relax, work or night scene.
Climate follows occupancy — the room cools for arrival and eases back when it is empty.
A motion sensor lights a gentle path to the bathroom — without waking the room.
One press alerts security and reception instantly, with the room number attached.
Housekeeping, reception and room service are one press away, logged straight into the system.
Sheer and blackout curtains open on a scene, a schedule or a single touch at the bedside.
The room controller ties every circuit, sensor and panel into one addressable system.
Smart Lighting
| Scene / circuit | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Light modes & scenes | Bright, relax, dim and night modes recall preset levels across every circuit in one press. |
| Table & reading lamps | Bedside and desk lamps join the system, so a scene dims them together or leaves one on to read by. |
| Bathroom & mirror | Mirror and vanity lights rise with occupancy and drop to a soft glow after midnight. |
| Balcony & terrace | Outdoor circuits follow dusk, and switch off with the balcony door to save energy. |
| Corridor & public areas | Corridors and lobbies dim on a schedule and lift on motion, keeping floors welcoming all night. |
RCU Zoning
The entry panel stays deliberately simple: an energy-saving card holder and one light key. Inserting the card powers the room and lifts the welcome light, so the guest never hunts for a switch in the dark.
Everything else moves to the bedside: reading and ambient lighting, curtain open and close, and air-conditioning mode, fan and setpoint — all reachable without leaving the bed.
One panel, every function
A deep black acrylic face with a fine beveled edge and backlit bronze icons — the signature look for guest rooms and suites.
Solid brushed bronze and gunmetal plates with engraved icons — the most durable finish for premium suites and high-traffic rooms.
Matte charcoal polycarbonate with rounded rockers — impact resistant and cost efficient for corridors, back-of-house and standard rooms.
